Originally the business consisted of three brothers – Harry, Tim and Hugo, a wooden farm building and a determination to create beautiful and strikingly different pieces of furniture to the highest quality. An encounter in 1989 led to commissions for Christopher Neville, The Royal Opera House and Liberty of London. At that point Villiers: Handmade in England came into being. After many years of working together, Villiers is now managed solely by Tim Villiers and the team.
